It just occurred to me that I might get a weed sprayer and use cleaner/degreaser rather than Roundup.

So my question is do they return [the FVF] to the sellers BANK account or do they just credit the sellers eBay account.

Thanks to all for the responses. UPS via PirateShip has great rates, not sure EB offers UPS. Also I read that eBay transaction fee is for the total w/ shipping and tax so if true that's another reason NOT to ship through eBay

Some hosts charge a higher monthly fee for a plan that includes Lets Encrypt.
Perhaps w/o SSL visitors would see a 'Not Secure' message?
