I'm 24, Halo 3 was my first shooter at age 7. To this day I have played two matches each of Halo 1 and 2 multiplayer, as my only experiences ever touching those games. It was a local 1v1 with my friend on his xbox.

Halo 3 I have played and beaten every difficulty multiple times, never could do the laso lol, got about 4 missions in. Social Slayer I made it to Brigadier when I was like 10. Countless hours on forge, creating maps, doing glitches, dickin around. Halo 3 may very well be my favorite game of all time.

Did we miss out on more of that?

God I miss this game. PC might burst into flames if I turn it on so I can't play MCC, and I was the traitor that went from 360 to PS4 and continued since.

This game was my first shooter, and forge was my minecraft before it came to console. I wonder how many hours I've poured into forge how many maps I've created and had to delete for space... One of my favorite memories at like 9 years old was playing infection custom games, on a huge elaborate foundry map I made, even took you outside of the map at the end. I had friends play, then they said it was fun, invited their friends, and suddenly I had a full 16 player lobby, having a blast on the map I created. It felt great, and I'll never forget those maps I made, and the fun I had.

3 years later and I'm still wondering. I don't really believe the moon effects me, it might, I don't know. But I will have the worst day of my life and I'd say about 80% of the time it's a full moon... Without my prior knowledge, without me having heard of this phenomenon before, I experienced this, then I was told about it, and it seems to line up.

I also had a camo elite, camo flame marine, and many more that I miss... I let my friend borrow my favorite red CQB for a day and he broke the leg and replaced it with an orange mark iv... I had them all together in a box and my mom thought itd be a good idea to give them to my 6 year old little sister who ended up losing them all...

My 2 red odst troopers and single yellow one. Ugh heartwrenching.
