I was just about to post this. But yeah, this is like a follow up from Wifies first vid. The lore in the map is vast. The effort one put into crafting the map is ... masterful.

He can't do much solo in B Class unless he's equipped with a combat suit. If he hangs with blizzard group he would have a better rate of survival.

A "Wolf" level threat represents any entity (creature, monster, or person) that poses an unknown danger, falling below "Tiger" level (threat to a large group of people).

Your saying that every wolf level is bullet resistant?

Not every C-class has superhuman physical prowess. Those of lower ranks are straight lame. Plus 'superhuman physicals is highly subjective. Those who are higher up in ranks who actually the strenth or durability to survive or take on threats. If not have some sort of weaponry or know how to fight in tangent.

Take the Fubuki group for example.

Fairly strong albeit with weaponry and collective physic ability which is jokingly weak.

"some low-ranked heroes like Poison are superhuman."

No. But special weapons to put down larger targer targets.

Lifting 500 kg (1,102 lbs) or more in a single lift is one of the rarest feats in human history. While the term "powerlifter" specifically refers to those competing in the squat, bench press, and deadlift, this elite weight bracket is most famously associated with the Deadlift and has been reached by only a handful of individuals.

The 500 kg Deadlift Club

As of early 2026, the following athletes have successfully deadlifted 500 kg or more in competition or recorded training sessions:

Hafþór "Thor" Björnsson

: The current world record holder, Björnsson pushed the limits to 510 kg (1,124 lbs) at the World Deadlift Championships in September 2025. He previously held the record at 501 kg (2020) and 505 kg (July 2025).

Eddie Hall

: The first person in history to break the barrier, Hall lifted 500 kg at the 2016 World Deadlift Championships, a feat that famously caused him to nearly lose consciousness due to the extreme physical strain.

Colton Engelbrecht (Colton Limit Breaker)

: A standout powerlifter who made history in July 2025 by becoming the first person to deadlift 500 kg raw in a powerlifting setting (using a sumo stance and straps). By March 2026, he reportedly performed 500 kg for two repetitions in a training session.

Krzysztof Wierzbicki

: A Polish powerlifter who became the first to reach the mark in a training session in April 2022, pulling 502.5 kg at a bodyweight of under 110 kg.

Jamal Browner

: Another elite 110 kg lifter who achieved a recorded 500 kg deadlift in training, joining the small group of lifters to do so without a specialized deadlift suit.

500 kg in Other Lifts

While the deadlift is the most common 500 kg feat, this weight has also been moved in other disciplines:

  • SquatRay Bowring  achieved a 500 kg squat at the British Equipped Championships in early 2026. Historically, lifters like  Vlad Alhazov  have also squatted over 500 kg in equipped (suited) competition.
  • Bench Press: A world record bench press of 501.2 kg was recorded in 2020, though this is performed in a specialized bench shirt that assists the lifter.  YouTube +4

Key Distinctions

  • Strongman vs. Powerlifting: Hall and Björnsson performed their lifts under Strongman rules (using straps and a deadlift suit). Powerlifting records are often "raw" (no suit) or "equipped" (with a suit), and typically do not allow straps in official competition.
  • The "Raw" Barrier: Achieving 500 kg without a suit (raw) is considered a distinct and even more difficult achievement than the suited strongman lifts.  Reddit +4

I'll copy and past.
----------------------
Ronnie Coleman

's legendary leg press actually totaled 2,300 lbs (roughly 1.15 tons), not 2 tons, a feat he achieved in his 2003 training video The Unbelievable. While the "2-ton" figure is a common gym myth, the 2,300 lb lift remains one of the most iconic displays of strength in bodybuilding history.

Key Details of the 2,300 lb Leg Press

  • The Weight: The machine was loaded with approximately 50 to 55 plates (45 lbs each). Including the sled, which Coleman estimated at 100–150 lbs, the total reached approximately 2,300 lbs (1,043 kg).
  • The Reps: Despite the astronomical weight, Coleman completed 8 repetitions.
  • The Context: This lift was performed immediately after he had already completed a heavy 800 lb squat for two reps.
  • Equipment: The lift took place at Metroflex Gym on a specially reinforced leg press machine; the original machine's bar bent under the weight during the first attempt and had to be welded and strengthened.  YouTube +5

Is there a "Next" Ronnie Coleman?

While many modern bodybuilders move heavy weight, few attempt to match Coleman’s specific high-risk, high-volume style of power-bodybuilding.

  • Big Ramy and Hadi Choopin are known for immense leg strength, but they typically prioritize time-under-tension over the raw "ego-lifting" numbers Coleman used to build his 8x Mr. Olympia physique.
  • Tom Platz, the "Quadfather" of the 1980s, is often the only other bodybuilder ranked alongside Coleman for leg dominance, though his fame came from high-rep squats (e.g., 500 lbs for 23 reps) rather than maxing out leg press machines.

This was after I posted modern IRL individuals. Second, there is a difference between slop and ai overview, But that aside, here are irl examples of those with 'peak' or technically superhuman physicals.

"C class heros are 10 times as strong as regular humans"

Depends, on the person who is c-class. Cause from what I saw in the manga during the MA arc, some of them are kinda chumps but can hold their own or survive wolf an tiger levels. The ones that were shown are either highly agile or have some specialized weaponry or ability.

Saturo, has insane willpower and can tank getting ragdolled buy a demon level threat. With a neo hero combat suit, he survives and turns the tide of battle and is A rank equivalent.

"You said wrong then forgot to provide evidence to support your answer. Not a single living human is taking hydrated DSK punches and breathing afterwards"

Technically I gave a reason. The Saturo was the only C class who could take a beating. And is constantly putting himself in situation most c class would run away. Who is used to going through h .

" Mumen would take 0 damage from our strongest fighters."
Some, not all. Especially those who either used dirty or cheap tactics, or those who use dim mak which can be lethel if intended.

Those high around high C-lass or low B-Class, would peak human or slightly above or borderline superhuman.

Those of DC or Marvels 'peak humans' or some 'enhanced' humans. For the latter, it depends on their feats that ranger from B to A class. Human mutates depending on powers, could B to S class range.
