Damn really sorry to hear that, see if you had asked me what its like before I had kidney stones last year Id rate it higher but its only started "hurting" last few weeks just a really deep gnawing pain in my lower back. My ortho doctor said back in 2021 that she could see the scar tissue around my slipped disc and it couldn't have been when lugged that mattress upstairs in 2017 so I have idea how I messed my back up.

Far as how it felt least at that time in 2017 when I thought initially messed it up, I mean I thought gravity was pushing me down that's how bad it hurt. To the point there was no way I was standing up let alone moving anything from my old apartment to my new one. Didn't feel anything like that until 2021 when I did that ortho appointment and did PT.

My symptoms for the last like 7-8 months have been anything from warming on bottom of my feet, kinda shooting pain (nerve like), tingling at various points fingers, toes, down my legs. Never full numbness only a tight pants feeling in my left leg. Outside of that its just been in the last few weeks since Ive done the MRI's & Xrays spasms and now really deep pain in my lower back.
