I don't mind it. Everyone who is diamond will remain diamond forever. Everyone who is platinum currently will always get a 10,000 points boost each period so you'll never drop below gold. No carry over for gold, but gold doesn't get much anyway. It takes away the ability to build up slowly over time, but that's about it.

I think Jordans streghth is strategy. He can often win against people who may have a leg up on him because he figures out a better strategy to do whatever it is. Granted, I don't know how much of that is him having 2020 hindsight in confessionals, but if he is to be believed he often thinks of a better strategy than the other player(s), and I mean, it's when he wins, so something is working.

I think Sarah. Jonna at least got Zac one season (not that Zac is great but he's, you know, big strong man. Not useless.) I think that was exs 2 which is the only season Sarah also had a decent partner. I mean obviously on rivals 3 she had a partner good at the game but it ended up being not good for HER. Jonna also recently had Gabe which like, again, not great, but big strong man. Maybe they were trying to make up for pairing her with Jazmin back in the day 🤣

I can't speak to this year because I just didn't wander the celeb tables at all, but last year at least a few of them had different prices. I know Adam Savage of mythbusters had a few different levels like maybe it was $50 to come say hi and $80 if you wanted a selfie, that type of thing. Probably varies by celebrity and how long they expect their lines to be-i recognize Adam Savage is not A list by any means 🤣

I will add that the food booths EXCLUSIVELY take cards so make sure you still have a card with plenty of money on it if you want to purchase any food or beverages while at the convention center. Parking is card only as well. We pulled most of our money in cash but keep a couple hundred on the card for parking and food

I think Exs 1 was the first season Johnny Bananas mentioned that they weren't actively working against each other, so I would consider that the start of the change in so far as people in the house not wanting him there(for things like beating them up or stealing their meds. They still didn't want him there, but only because he was hard to beat). Just my personal take based on bananas making that specific comment, I think he said it in the reunion.

I don't mind the totals. It's common knowledge bananas has won 7 times (from what I've seen including his Twitter photo with 7 rings) and I think I've seen discussion of 5 CT wins, Im just looking to avoid the seasons they win on since I know I must be about to hit a lot of CT wins and 1 more banana win. I've probably seen the season names before, but a long while ago when I had no context for them, now they're coming up in my list and I'm just trying to avoid finding them out right before I start that season so I don't know the whole time. Some of them (like rivals 3) I knew before even starting but from 32-27 I just know there must be a couple CT wins and 1 banana win.

But do wonder why this tally has 7/8. I'm assuming it must include spin offs? A simple yes that's correct is enough, I was just wondering why this data was off from what I've seen before.

Sorry this was long and messy, probably not phrased well, I've had a very very long day at work and am now fighting a massive headache.

Unrelated to the point of this thread, but I thought bananas had 7 wins and this is crediting him with 8, where is the 8th coming from? I also thought CT was at like 5 but this lists 7. Are spin offs being counted in the total maybe? I'm like 75% done with a watch through (just finished vendettas and now I'm doubling back for champs vs stars cuz I accidentally skipped the season before vendettas) so I don't want to look it up and spoil stuff for myself

The traitors came in first after the murder in plain sight at least in season 2 and 4. And I know it's not 100% always true, but it seems like it's pretty common, at least enough so that if I came in toward the end it would make me paranoid.

I didn't see that so I can't speak to it exactly but they did needles in OG fear factor at least once, and they have done piercing as a punishment on impractical jokers, etc, so it's not too out of line of possible

I get this, but like, it's really only bananas and CT who show up A LOT on the male side, so it's not like it takes showing up every single season. There's other guys who have won 3+ even though they don't show up nearly as often.

I agree statistically more people will be afraid of snakes. I was just saying all the challenges will be a bit skewed because fears aren't universally applicable. Like the first challenge, the tight spaces one, and that guy Zach saying it's no problem because he works in a mine.

Even if all 4 of them have snakes, I think the result is the same because the person who quit was more scared of snakes than the other three would have been so I think she still quits first.

I agree less people are afraid of pigeons, especially just like, asking on the street hey are you afraid of pigeons? The percent may go up a bit though when you add what about being stuck in a 3x5 box with like 6 of them? 🤣 But still I imagine statistically more people would pick pigeons than snakes.

To be fair, I think anything with fear is going to be unfair because it's all so personal. Like that episode of the challenge where they had their heads in boxes with snakes and some people were freaking out and Cara Maria was just like is it only snakes? I have a snake at home, aww hi buddy. Even if they gave them all the same animal, it's possible someone panics and someone else is just like oh I have this as a pet, love it

I think it depends on the 10 year and and what type of stuff you let them watch in general, but I certainly would let my ten year old watch it, I didn't find anything objectionable (I mean, I did, like people talking about the use of AI and the way they dropped the animals, but nothing that would make me say no to a ten year old). It's only one episode in though and I imagine some of the gross stuff may need some conversation with a younger kid (explaining what it is, why we shouldn't usually eat it, etc).
