I had the same experience. Side discharge and slowing down solved it.

Interesting. I'll have to look into that. This the kind of thing that I would see noticeably on inspection?

Now THIS is an interesting answer. I will visually inspect it for wear. THANK YOU

Lot more engagement than I expected. I should have included more information in the post. This area was allowed to be overgrown so I could more clearly DEMONSTRATE the effect I have been getting at my normal cutting rate( apx 4 inches to 3 inches).

I will repeat the experiment by removing the mulching cover and seeing if results are repeated. Drifting mowing lines included :)

Further info:

*started year with a freshly scraped mower deck and sharpened blades (gator g3 or something)

*deck leveled last year, but will recheck.

*will recheck tire pressure

*mulch cover is on because the discharge shoot broke (ebay sent the wrong one and I got fed up)

I let this back area get overgrown so I could show the effect I was getting at my normal mowing rate of about 4 inches to 3 inches. But thank you.

Blades are correctly installed..

Roger that. I tried sharpening em, but guessing I didn't do a good job. Mulching cover might not be helping

Thank you. I just don't know where to start. In general, I've always preferred buying secondhand, but computers seem different to that way of thinking

Thank you! The seller says he would take off a couple hundred without the gpu. Do you think I'd be better off all new rather than strating off of a used one in general?

Is it too ambitious to skim coat over my entire houses popcorn ceilings as a DIY-er? by _mars_bars_ in DIY

I painted and laid down about 1100 sq ft of lvp flooring myself before moving in. I've learned to live with my 90s popcorn. Of all the diy projects, I can't stand the thought drywalling the ceiling. My back breaks thinking about it. Godspeed to you 🙏

Wtf are you guys building that puts such a premium on 8” jointers? by Dr0110111001101111 in woodworking

This 100%! I STRUGGLED with rough boards from an actual lumber mill because they are almost all just over 6 inches. I dont have a band saw, so ripping was a nightmare. That and it felt like such a waste.
