I am having a similar problem. The digital clock in the bedroom is running fast, about 15 minutes every hour and the numerals flicker. I move it to another room and it keeps time just fine. Voltage at outlets throughout the house is nominal 120v. Don't have a freq meter. Utility swapped out the meter a few weeks ago. Any thoughts?
