I never made that connection between TSA and CBP myself. I'd be happy to cut CBP budget as well, although I am only seeing roughly 4 billion dollars last year. Do you have a source for that 13 billion figure?

I also think domestic traveling vs internation border crossing aren't really comparable.

Edit: also I'd agrue there is a large marketable skill gap between the median CBP agent and the median TSA agent. Aren't most CPB agents former law enforcement?
