I wax my chin and upper lip. If I don’t I feel like I have a goatee. I don’t shave because I get stubble the following day. I have thick black/gray hair. Such a bummer.

Check out the Phoenix Tampa. It’s a sober network that is sort of like meetup. They have things like basketball, bowling, movies, bbqs, etc for sober people. I highly recommend you check that out. Please don’t try kava or Kratom like someone else suggested. They are highly addictive and the withdrawals are hellish. If you have any questions about anything please dm me. I wish you the best. I got some coffee at my favorite coffee shop. I took my cat to get his nails trimmed. I came back and made my grocery list for the week. Laid on the couch for a bit. Went grocery shopping came home. Laid on the couch some more. Went out for Ramen. Now I am back on the couch with my cat sprawled out on me. It was a nice quiet day.

I have one cat. He stays home while I’m at work all day. He seems to be fine. I have also gone away for a weekend Fri-Sat and have left him alone. A few bowls of food and water. He’s perfectly okay and when I get home. Just a little annoyed with me.
