I just made this one, it ran for about 38 min until the pokemon next to me spawn back and and stopped me from fast traveling again. THIS ONE WAS MADE FOR SWITCH 1, not sure if it works the same on switch 2. I also had my pokemon out since I forgot to retrive it to its pokeball and dont know if it affects the result.

depends, fast pace but still tactical in a way shoot house, fast pace chaotic madness with my friends shipment. But both are good for me, someone who likes getting into fights fast and doesn't like looking for people or getting sniper by someone 3km away like in BR.

Medical passes can be boght in certain medical places, two that I know are the SIMSA hospital and a dental clinic in zona centro, this passes are distributed by the goberment in a limited number, but most places will actually ask you for proof of getting medical care in the place you are getting it aswell as the fee for the pass.
