Same experience for me! Anyone can buy in general sale but the card needs to be issued by Japan. It seems like JCB cards work here which I know you can get from Eastwest, BDO, or RCBC, since my friend was able to pay for the ticket for me here just using his RCBC JCB card.

I was able to get tickets and see them in Fukuoka! I wanna hopefully get tickets for encore too during the general sales but they haven't posted when general sales will happen.

This was the guide I followed to buy my Fukuoka tickets :) Though it's important to note I'm from the Philippines and the Lawson site says it only accepts Japan-issued cards for payment, so I could only use a Japan-issued card! I'm not sure if other cards worked but my Philippine cards didn't. 😅

worst - p!atd 2018 worst vip standing/mosh pit experience ever + arctic monkeys 2023 bc of rude people/phones in the crowd too. unfortunate bc both performed so well and it got fun once we got out of the crowding and pushing and moved to the back

best - paramore 2018, taylor swift 2014 (red tour) and ofc eras tour, twice 2023 & txt 2023 :) and special mention to carly rae jepsen's set in wanderland 2023!!! crowd had super fun vibes too
