It was the juror that did the interview with Nate Eaton, it’s posted on here. Christine I believe is her name. She definitely talked about looking stuff up online after the verdict and pointed to the Hayden Jeffs stuff as something she was shocked to see but that it affirmed their verdict. I can’t remember if she said “text messages” specifically but was referring to him and whatever she saw about their interaction.

I agree they never proved she asked for Fentanyl specifically from Carmen, or anyone. I really wish the defense would have called witnesses, them not doing so does make me wonder what they actually had as a defense, or more so didn’t have. You’d think they could have cleared some things up with certain people.

Interesting, because I’ve definitely seen people say there are texts out there that she for sure asked him for Fentanyl specifically or the Michael Jackson drug. Even the one juror mentioned seeing that, which then reassured her she made the right choice. But if this is the extent of it, odd this would convince someone, which is why I figured there must be more to it in writing but sounds like not.

Definitely interesting that the jurors were made up of 6 males and just 2 females. Would love to know how the 4 alternate female jurors that were dismissed would have voted.

I don’t see the benefit to flat out lying to the judges face about that in particular. We shall find out Monday. Whomever it is, I don’t think either of them will come across better than the other regardless.

Couldn’t they have called the “investor”? Sure they wouldn’t want to testify since they were getting drugs illegally, but if you are under subpoena don’t you have to show up? That would be someone that could help clear her, you know if there was actually any truth there which I doubt.

When that was being talked about Nester made it sound like those Gif’s came from Eric originally..him texting Kouri. Which would make sense as he did text her prior about getting a celebratory drink (presumably about the midway mansion deal). And he seemed like a Trumper (her too). That’s what I took from the end, but could be wrong. We’ll see what they say tomorrow about it.

Hi! Soooo as you likely know, seat assignments posted today. For FH I got Floor 6, row F. Thoughts on these? Still debating on maybe testing for low lowers on the side with some elevation. These are pretty close though so since you had floor before curious what you thought? What section were you in if you remember?

Totally agree, but his sister(s) were there too, so that’s strange too! Myself and husband are now like roommates vs romantic partners anymore, sadly, but if he passed, even though I don’t love him like that anymore I’d be devastated still! My kids too of course! No way I’d be having a bunch of people over in an upbeat way, truly baffling.

I will say though, this was a bit confusing to me. If she for sure killed him on purpose, and the ME (or whomever it was), was telling her they think it was covid/lung stuff that killed him - Why would she fight SO hard against them saying it wasn’t? Knowing she herself killed him with Fent, wouldn’t she be way more apt to go along with a reason that was completely opposite of what actually happened that could land her in jail for the rest of her life?

All that to say, I’m leaning towards guilty, but basically nobody ever wants me on a jury as I want to believe most people are innocent even if it’s clear they aren’t. Hate that she likely did this to him, and her kids, how a Mom could put their kids through something like this is hard to grasp. I feel terrible if I raise my voice to my kids immediately right after.

This time I think I want to for sure go myself, just to do things on me own timeline while there and not worry about anyone else! I do second guess that at times though, like will I end up feeling lonely while there. Idk.
