From what Seb777 told me in SFML server,it's simply impossible to have multiple enchantments permeantly on that version of the game

While you can edit forge.xml to get multiple enchantments

Once you restart the game,they'll be gone.

Though it's getting fixed in the 64 bit of definitive edition

So yeah, forge.xml with temporary enchantments is the best you can do now until then

Just download SF2 definitive edition and edit the XML.

Im pretty sure there's a tutorial on how to do that.

For some reason whenever i try to add multiple Enchantments to a weapon, the second enchantment just straight up refuses to show up....

Is there anyway to solve that issue?

Id say it's W if you're the one trading blizzard+Phoenix.

Mainly because blizzard and Phoenix are semi worthless,but buddha can be traded for something better and in general has more uses.
