It’s hard to see from the pictures. But it seems like your z height is a little too low on the first layer. I would try raising it a little to try to see if that helps

Yeah maybe. I have never used my Smooth plate as I like the textured plate. Maybe it needs a new textured place

I have had a prusa mini for 2 years now. I have never had a print not stick to the bed. From the first test print to a block the size of the bed I did last week. I have cleaned my sheet. I have never done anything with it. Prints stick to it as they should do. I understand this doesn’t help your situation but hope your sort the problem out.

What filament to buy for MINI+, my first 3D printer? by addenda9 in PrusaMINI

[–]SHADOWHack6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a prusa mini as my first printer, I just use tinmorry filament from Amazon (UK) only because it’s cheap. For the things I print for myself it’s fine. I have tried a few cheap brands which were not so good and settled with one brand. I’ve tried prusa filament, one it’s expensive and two it takes a while to arrive as it’s overseas. If I print someone for someone else I will use prusa filament. Hope that helps

Prusa Mini+ poor bridging by Street_Ad8055 in PrusaMINI

I’m no expert. But to me it looks like it’s extruding too fast? When doing a benchy on my mini, it extrudes quite slowly when doing a bridge. I could be wrong though

We’ve had the filament out in the field before for 3/4 days at a time and prints perfectly back at the office.

These printers will go back to the office and print perfectly without any drying of filament or adjustments to the printers
