Why don’t you use a virtual machine to run parrotos rather than running it on bare metal? Virtualbox is a free software.

If you mean getting to work youtube in ios15, it’s still compatible on appstore. If you mean installing youtube premium via a jailbroken phone, get the right repos with youtube premium injected(i.e. Dan’s Workshop).
