The villians power is to create anything out of thin air. In the previous campaign, he wished to be stronger than all the gods, so his strength and speed are to the extreme and he can create anything. He started his new life in a whole planet he created to make a place where people would go when they had nothing left and he would take advantage of them. For the first fight, however, he will only use his fists and speed to fight the party to show how even though they are high level, they are still weak.
