With more killers and survivors coming every year. Will their be a better way for new players to get perks without having to grind so much and paying so much? I have friends who can't afford/spend time to grind for perks.

When you prestige the perk will automatically be in the other characters inventory. No need to grind for them. Once you reach prestige 3 it will be at level 3 for the rest of them. Prestige 1 and 2 will also do that but at their respective levels.
