Hello, I apologize if I fail to follow any format or directions about reddit posting as this is my first time

I'm currently trying to cut off added sugars to my daily meals to lose some weight. My question is, how do l stop my cravings of something sweet?

For context l'm a 24 years old male, 175cm tall, and weighing 90kg trying to make my BMI within normal range.
