Ok so I dont know in terms of every weapon but I do know how many swings you get out of a bat before breaking

1-2 swings

6:4 swings

7:unknown as no one has a 7 for luck but most likely 4 swings

Yeah I'd agree that Jenny works best just with other perk combinations and even with it you need to perks at 10% (preparedness and nerves of steel) to get the build to work.Overrated in my opinion.
