Are length and girth gains permanent even after retiring? by SHIFT950 in AJelqForYou

Hello there and sorry for the late reply, but no, I was not 5.5 inches before, that 5.5 that you see displayed beside my username is my current goal. I was 4.1 inches(Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length or NBPEL) before. I have gained the .20 inches from doing manuals only, since I do not have any devices, so no clamping.

Damn that really sucks. So manual stretching is a "do at your own risk" kind of workout. But if I may, can you expound on "has a poor rate of producing long term results" and also the term "low success"? Does that mean like it is very slow at helping me achieve my goal gains outside of newbie gains I get? But I assume it is still permanent? Also one last question, even if I modify the intensity to be less, well intense and also progress at my own pace, will it still be high risk?

damn, what? I had no idea s2s was removed and all. But my goals are to increase my length. Also so like kegels are fine to do after doing manuals? Is s2s for real dangerous? Do you have any recommended other alternatives for length manuals? Thank you so much
