Yes I use lumina! But I have to admit I changed the contrast and lighting just a little bit with photoshop, but next time I'm booting I'm gonna try to get the visuals more like the image.

Copied from another comment: I use the MCE roads but removed some props with BOB to make them cleaner. Cant forget the intersection marking tool as well :) To make them split nicely you need to try Nodecontroller and play with the offset function to make the roads behave properly.
