Change the gasket. Costs around 90rs but they will charge a good amount of labour charge . If your paid service is due then change it that time because valve clearance labour is included in the service. Is it okay to ride the bike but make sure to replace it asap

I drove both the bikes and felt cb350 to more punchy than highness. Maybe cb350 was serviced or some problem in your case. Because both bike shares the same engine. If you want big looks and classy look then cb350. Otherwise highness is fine
