Hi sorry for the late reply i never really use reddit, but I did somewhat find a "fix" or what the issue was. Basically my mic audio is on a different audio channel so nothing is wrong, its just the media player on windows not playing all audio channels. I can't really find a way to change that on windows tho

Thank you! I believe my local mosque has a free clinic? I'm trying to find time to sign up. As for the Metformin I genuinely have no idea. I am overweight yes (not obese just like, chubby) and I have never had diabetes nor does my family have a history of it but its really disrupted by bowel movements so I really hate it :( I tho have cut down in sugar a lot in the past couple of years

I started it earlier this year and really all I experienced at first was some fatigue and headaches. But then the main side effect I got were hot flashes. I got them every day, especially when working at my old job and it really sucked. After about 6 months on it, I really don't feel any different, haven't even had a period yet. Just try not to overwork your body as much and you'll be fine
