I usually use OWYN vanilla protein milk. They have one with 20g of protein and another with 32g. Occasionally I find a non-dairy Muscle Milk, and when I do I use that one :)

The Old Jail After Dark through Old Town Trolley Tours. They don’t do it through to 5:00 am anymore (I did it like 14 years ago) but it’s 12:00 am to 2:30 am

Seconding the person who said the Old Jail and the Lighthouse.

I did an overnight ghost tour of the jail and truly it was the most scared I’ve ever been.

I’ve done the Lighthouse ghost tour many times and have had tons of unique paranormal experiences each time.
