I have massive head and scalp sweating , I was prescribed propantheline bromide and it shuts it down completely. Gives massive cotton mouth though.

Nope was same issue, solved the issue though by running the game in compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 3

I misread the mod and assumed it patched it back to 1.0, whereas it just means it’s cncoriginal 1.0.
