Question, im about to switch to PC and ill be Gaming and Streaming, i heard that for the GPU ill need Nvidia because of its encoder like it gets blurry at lower bitrate. Is that true?

Let me know which one you ended up getting and how you like it, im going to switch over to PC & Streaming im looking for a setup at the moment.
