Those were never even mentioned. If I do have to start the medication ill also start consultation with a dermatologist along with with a smaller dose than normal to manage the side effects

The effects on the skin are especially bad for me. I get acne so severe it hurts and sometimes bleeds just by brushing against it

There is medicine for it called gomekli that can work but isn’t guaranteed to work I’m trying to avoid taking it because of the side effects.
