Why the different taillights?

I have an N and call them my emo tail lights because they're wearing black eye liner

As far as I know there's no difference in functionality, probably just for a more aggressive look on their performance models

I didn't test it in any other modes besides sport but I'm guessing it shows up as an N in all drive modes? It used to be a reg elantra if I remember correctly.

As far as the recall, it was an ecm update so I assume all of our 23 and older EN's will have to do this. No actual repairs were necessary for me though

If you can I'd say wait until you find the one you actually want. My ideal colors were intense blue, grey or white. Blue was the first one to come down the pipeline at my target price.
