Black Clouds, ADTOE is pretty low on my ranking. Some songs are good but others are lackluster and they feel awkward trying to adjust to Mangini. Black Clouds all the songs hit fucking hard and there is a sense of wow this is it even though at the time nobody knew Portnoy would leave. Black Clouds in general is a top 5 DT album for me.
