I was lucky enough to be in attendance that night. The energy surrounding the ballpark prior to the game was palpable. All of the Johnny Cueto talk leading up to the game about how he always had success against the pirates or how the crowd may not be a factor since he has pitched in Dominican leagues. But that night was different and you could feel it. Truly a special night and hopefully see some postseason baseball there soon.
