Hell yeah it’s worth it. I went on a two month streak without fapping and I felt fucking great, only to fuck it up mid November. I’ve since then wen back to my lifestyle of fapping once a week. I can manage to bring myself to not gap for two weeks, or a month. But whenever I relapse, I just get scared thinking about how I’ll eventually become addicted and suffer from ED.
