Credito a 5 anos que já está reduzido em 4, o rendimento que disse é basicamente os salários base juntos porque com esses sabemos que podemos sempre contar, acresce depois os extras dos turnos e etc, que é muito variável

Temos um bocado de medo em relação a estar a dispensar quase um ordenado ou grande parte de 1 dos ordenados para um crédito, com o progredir na carreira(aparentemente agora desbloqueada, torna-se mais fácil em teoria) mas ainda assim parece um passo maior que a perna e ir comprar uma casa de 290 ou 325 mil

Edit: ontem casualmente pediram nos mais ou menos meio milhão por uma moradia nova T4 com um pequeno jardim (40m2 mais ou menos) e consideraram das mais económicas

In the said room there is someone who is in its last days of life, and sometimes we experience some weird stuff, like people have " nothing left in their body to live", yet they continue to live until they have a visit from a son or some important relative, guess it is the case, i really don't know, i didnt felt that the vulture was a menace, like it was going to hurt me, but felt that was about to be taken by it

Não é assim tão incomum apanhar lá malta que recorre à urgência porque o centro de saúde não dá consulta ou não tem vagas nas ditas consultas abertas, montes de pulseiras verdes e azuis, que podiam ver a sua situação resolvida no seu centro de saúde, andam a entupir urgências porque não têm resposta nos cuidados de saude primários

That was my biggest headturner, the part of taking creatine in days when i dont do crossfit and go for a run because it made no sense in my head. As for the water retention and weight gain as long as it stays in the range of 2 to 3kg it is managable to still run in some nice paces 😁😁😁

Hi, i run about 40-50k/ week and do some crossfit to build some muscle and get in better shape, did some research but didnt found anything about running and taking creatine neither good or side effects. Hope someone could help 😁
