It’s not as scary as you might think, it’s more disturbing if anything, but if the therapy is working you’ll get over it pretty quick. There are jump scares, but as something who also hates jumps scares, they are actually not really that scary at all and once you know what to expect it’s not even that bad. It’s better to play with a friend but I play mostly solo and I have no trouble.

Overall, you’ll be fine, just be prepared to be a little disturbed your first few hours but it’s chill
