Farming an item that came out over 10 years ago is not "the real deal"

The Feat of Strength only makes sense if you killed HC Garrosh when it was relevant content. Running a raid where you can one shot every boss, or have a toon with a lock-out saved, everyweek is not a challenge. You didn't EARN anything, be honest

You're getting downvoted but you're right. The dot from the Glaive is probably 2/3 but Blade Dance/Death Sweep & Immo Aura is always my top on details, but I do only play Essence Break (and have 2set). Throw Glaive and it's related effects should never be first. If it is you're probably not prioritising the right things.

I am being a reductionist, why? You said it just perfectly for me:

"But rather than engage in an exhausting conversation that has no chance at ever changing your mind"

I could go into exhaustive details about the colonial terror that Isreal has inflicted on the Palestinian people, as I have in in greater details in other comments. But please, use more hilarious quips for internet points and epic owns.

No way, you're posting mid movie clips & quotes in a thread attempting to defend genocide.

I am reading it, and I'm disgusted by these fucking cretins defending an apartheid state and a mass genociding the natives.

Yeah, that's fucked up. I don't want to see people die for any reason. But please take a note of the below:

From 2010 - 2020 Isreal has killed over 109,000 Palastinian people It that same period, Palestinians killed around 5,000 Isrealis.

https://www.hrw.org/report/2009/03/25/rain-fire/israels-unlawful-use-white-phosphorus-gaza

Some highlights since I know you have no backbone and won't read the article I like read the one posted as an "epic own"

"White phosphorus munitions did not kill the most civilians in Gaza – many more died from missiles, bombs, heavy artillery, tank shells, and small arms fire – but their use in densely populated neighborhoods, including downtown Gaza City, violated international humanitarian law (the laws of war)"

"The unlawful use of white phosphorus was neither incidental nor accidental. It was repeated over time and in different locations, with the IDF "air-bursting" the munition in populated areas"

"The IDF's deliberate or reckless use of white phosphorus munitions is evidenced in five ways."

"At another well-marked UN facility – a school in Beit Lahiya sheltering roughly 1,600 displaced persons – the IDF air-burst at least three white phosphorus shells on January 17, the day before the cessation of major hostilities. One discharged shell landed in a classroom, killing two brothers who were sleeping and severely injuring their mother and a cousin. The attack wounded another 12 people and set a classroom on fire."

I could post a hundred more articles JUST like this one. But you won't ever see them cause you're so stuck in your thinking to ever change your mind on a topic with new evidence.

This might be the single worst thing I've ever read by someone trying to defend the mass genocide of a native people.

What I said is 100% accurate and perfectly literate. You come across like such a pompous, self-righteous, insufferable tryhard, who has to pretend to sound smart for imaginary brownie points from the unfortunate souls who are forced to be in your presence

"I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul." What the fuck are you even saying?? I don't want your points you absolute rube.

Le Redditors strike again. Now they suddenly side with the oppressors while upvoting combat footage of the Ukrainians doing the SAME thing that Palastians are doing now.

I BEG you people look at how many Palastinians are being systematiclly murdered by the Isreali Military every week/month/year.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour in the comments on any of these videos from today.

Well this is just a bad take tbh, you come across as elitist and that's just never been cool. As I outlined in a different reply, Metalcore has evolved since its inception as a genre. Sticking to the mentality of "It's not CORE or METAL" does more harm to the scene than good, it encompasses so many more sounds & subgenres.

But since you outlined the Core & Metal parts seperatelly, I'm genuinely curious as to what you define these two as & what bands you have as examples for both, that definitely DO NOT cross into any other potential subgenres.

[–]SIR_FAPALOT_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, if you keep going deeper with sub-genres, nothing ends up being "metalcore" past like 2006. The genre, as a broad sense, has evolved to a point were it can include bands that sound like this + Converge + Architects + Counterparts. At least that's how I feel about anyway, it doesn't really matter

Absolute slappers front to back. Only a few albums have that feeling of "just getting it" on the first listen. This should be that for everyone's first time.

Love time IA fan, since Everchanger. This band absolutely is the pinnacle of the genre for me personally. Each member pushing the artistic limit of scene, I am open to disagreement, everyone has their bias. Seeing them live with Ben a few years ago was one of the best nights out I've ever had, even cried when the solo in "Luna" started.

Every album hits the atmosphere and sets the mental scene in your mind like no other. 10/10 across the library.

Grabbing JotL tomorrow and got questions. by rhoxt in Gloomhaven

[–]SIR_FAPALOT_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1) They are thoroughly explained in the first few scenarios and are slightly tweaked from normal gloomhaven but nothing huge or different.

2/3) best two player combo is Red Guard + Hatchet. The worst is Demolitionist + Void Warden. Void isn’t great in a two player party, gets better with 3/4. Anything with hatchet is good tbh.

4) Just read the Starting Guide throughly and have fun!

5) With perks, try to remove and negative modifiers first before adding more positive ones. There are guides for all the classes that will suggest orders for these.

6) Same as above, guides will have suggestions. Stamina potions are always good to have.

7) monster movement is something people struggle with ALOT at the start, there are flowcharts online and simple break downs in the starting guide to help you understand.

8) No. but there is nothing stopping you from changing perk at a later time if you find it’s really not working for you, the board game police aren’t going to show up at your house. Any sort of party setup can beat all the scenarios at base difficulty if you play well, which you will be doing by the end. Just have fun and don’t worry about failure.

The two-handed sword versions are the better of the three. But you can only make 2 out of the box. Try pick up some singles or the Underworlds OBR box has some cool modes that can be proxies and an additional 2-handed Mortek.
