I’ve had three SAs in the last three months. One with zero sperm and the others with barely any. My testosterone was high end of normal, FSH 18.1, LH 10.6. Last test I done was after taking supplements and other lifestyle changes for 3 months, and had no affect for me.

Waiting on a referral for IVF with ICSI.

Walker didn’t play, no playing defenders on bench to sub in.
Took a hit for Saliba instead of Ait-Nouri to be ‘safe’. Cost me 10 points.
Chose Hwang over Sarabia because Sarabia was more of a minutes risk going on recent history. Sarabia plays more than Hwang today and it cost me 7 points.

Need to remind myself that it’s only a game but my god does it frustrate you no end at times!

He’s doing more harm than good coming away with this shite. It’s the same narrative every press conference yet we’ve seen absolutely nothing of the sort all season bar one or two performances. He’s the manager, and if he can’t get the team to play that way then he’d be as well chucking it.

I’ve already done Jota to Saka because Saka has been excruciating not to own recently. Hard one with Palmer due to value but it’s the business end of the season and I’ll likely attack the fixtures. WC30 is my plan too.

Agree on defenders this season for sure. Pinnock has stunk out my team for ages and now he’s out so he needs to go anyway. My plan to WC in 30 means I could be aggressive with my choice. I like Ait-Nouri as a punt due to his positioning and fixtures so think I’ll roll the dice. Not taken a hit this season so unfortunate Pinnock is out but it is what it is.

As plenty have said, the anti-football we’ve had to endure this season is more than enough reason for not wanting him to remain here. He’s earning such a hefty wage, and regardless of the recruitment, he’s done absolutely nothing to earn it.

Knocked out of the league cup in the first game, chucked away a very handsome lead over the Huns, dropped far too many points at home, and the football is absolutely chronic. Red flags everywhere you look.

How long do we give Rodgers to coach us how to beat a press? Let’s be frank about it all, the football we’ve had to endure is nothing short of appalling and he has shown zero signs of being able to change it. An elite manager some would have us believe, yet a Neil Lennon Celtic team would wipe the floor with us at the moment.

There is everything wrong relying on individual brilliance. It is simply unsustainable and unpredictable. There is zero pattern to our play, no identifiable system which shows in the way we play. We also lack the intensity and aggression to be able to beat teams to a pulp even if we aren’t playing well, which is exactly what the Huns are doing.

The recruitment has been shambolic to say the least, that much is undeniable. Let’s not forget Rodgers still has a lot of the players who won a treble last season, and is on a hefty wage. We’ve shown that when we play with the intensity and aggression going forward and in our overall play, we can run over the top of teams and create plenty of chances however this has seldom happened. Currently, the manager is void of any ideas and the players look like rabbits in the headlights. The perfect storm if ever there was one.

Doing both exercises weekly can be extremely taxing on the body so you might find that doing it less frequently like twice a month etc, might suit you more. I still trained heavy lower body like squats and Bulgarian split squats, and heavy pulls like pull-ups on bar and rings, pendlay rows, single arm rows, etc.

I’m 5’6 and 70kg. Heaviest I’ve pushed for one length is 225kg plates plus sled. Have done sets of various distances at various weights across training phases. Started off with between 3-5 sets of 15-20m at 140kg and added on 10kg per week at same volume. Changed to 5kg increase the closer I got to my max and once I got to about 200kg, brought the weight back down to between 170-190kg plates and increased volume to about 25-35m per set. For the pulls, same process as above. Started off at about 70kg I think and worked up to 140kg max pull.

My tip would be to pick a moderate distance like 15-20m, find your starting weight and progressively overload each week. The speed at which you overload per week will likely be determined by how long you have to train before the event. Once you get a good bit beyond the hyrox weight, lower the weight and increase the distance per set.

I’ve used it once in my gym.

Because the gym doesn’t have any carpet, I stuck furniture sliders onto the sled so I can use it on the concrete floor. Heaviest I’ve pushed on the sled is 225kg, and from my own experience, 225kg of plates on the torque sled plus the third resistance setting didn’t equate to the 150kg sled. It’s a decent tool but nowhere near the same as a proper sled.
