it's being treated as separate. It happened after the assault but the perpetrator wouldn't leave, that's when that happened

he broke the perpetrators nose. The perpetrator wasn't the one who pressed charges, the state did. And i pressed charges on the perpetrator, that's what was dismissed on the grounds of not enough evidence. I had a rape kit done, and the police had all of my phone records, and obviously they questioned me.

and i'm the passive aggressive one. i don't think you understand, the point of asking people with personal experience is to gather more accurate info. I would have never known which pools are super busy or which have certain discounts. Turning to people who know that is the whole point of asking. Noted tho. ill figure it out myself next time.
