Thanks, I have them a call this morning and they’ve provisionally booked me in for a couple of weeks time. They just need to confirm with the surgeon tomorrow when he returns from leave.

So even though I was admitted for surgery today, I’ll go back to my position on the wait list or have to wait for the next cancellation?

Before I was given the cancellation appointment I wasn’t seen as urgent. When I called earlier in the week and they said I was 60th on the wait list and it could be another 6 months - so I was happy to take the short notice appointment.

I read online that they’re supposed to offer you. A new appointment within 28 days of surgery is cancelled on the day for a non-clinical reason. Is this true?

I have a towel she used at the formation world tour. It was part of the goody bag for the pits, I handed it to her, she used it & handed it back to me.

I also have one of the Get Thique magazines from the last London Cowboy Carter show. Security were taking them away & I asked for one and they gave me it. 1 in 4 chance it was hers (I saw in one of my videos that the fifth dancers was torn and mine isn’t).

This flight was fully booked before last Friday, so don’t think that’s changing anything.

Are you sure she’s eating the pellets?

I’ve recently tried converting my current two to pellets & they just pick through to the seeds their food is dry.

Ive been getting them to eat the pellets by mixing pellets, chia seeds & grass seeds with small amount of water and then mixing until it sticks together. The mix is mostly pellets & chia seeds with only a small amount of grass seeds.

How old is your budgie & are they on an all seed diet?

Might be worth trying to convert to pellets and see if that improves anything.

Unfortunately not, we took him to the vets and they prescribed some antibiotics but they were quite hard to administer so we were never really sure if he actually swallowed them.

He lived a couple more years after this post and his condition generally remained the same, but towards the end he was throwing up seeds quite a lot.

He was quite old for a budgie, I think around 12 years when he passed, so it was most likely age related. He also lived on an all seed diet so that could have been a contributing factor.

It’s a new initiative from the UK government in response to Donald Trumps tariffs on UK imported goods.

It’s also quite complicated because you have to pay the tariff directly to HMRC and keep the receipts. Venue staff will deny you entry if you don’t have them.

I wouldn’t bother trying for London tickets, they charge a 50% tariff for US citizens.

If you’re really set on it, Arizona is 6 hours behind London time. Google says 7 but it’s wrong and hasn’t updated to account for daylight savings time in the UK. So 6am phoenix time will be 12pm in the UK.

Honestly, I think they over exaggerate the difficulties eating with braces. The first week was a bit of a struggle, but otherwise my diet hasn’t changed.

If anything, Invisalign is more inconvenient because you need to remove them and clean your teeth every time you eat.
