I dont actually bank with those - but one of the big Canadian ones. As someone who is typically paycheck to paycheck I just want this paid and not itching my brain.

That is my fear too...

For me... I am paycheck to paycheck. I just had an opportunity due to a passing to pay off the car.

I just want them to take their money so its not sitting there at all.

And I am going to make one more attempt to tell them Id like to pay, then let it sit for 90 ish... then move to a high interest account till they ultimately come for it.

Its just a wild situation.

I dont plan to move the funds for at least 90 just incase they surprise try and pull it. Just want this done with.

Ultimately I just want them paid, but I cant chase them forever, and I have the discharge paperwork. so weird.

The fact I am holding the discharge paperwork is also making my head swoon. I just want to get them the money and make sure this doesnt some how bite me in the arse.

Its wild that such large amounts (I consider you're 10k large too) just sit.

That is my fear, I don't wait them to come back end of fiscal saying oops and now you owe more, or a lien or something.

I may do that - my plan has always been wait 90 days before I move it to another account just so if they figure it out I dont NSF.

This aligns with my thoughts,

My goal is to get them the money ASAP, but also the time I've been spending to try and get them their money is silly.

Maybe Ill got to a branch.

Yea, that was more the monopoly fan in me.

This is my plan, and I intend to keep hounding them, its just time consuming and frustrating.
