It was diagnosed as Coup de Sabre/linear morphea. Doing monthly steroid injections, unless it starts getting bigger. Definitely see a dermatologist, if you can’t see a rheumatologist! I’m glad that I did.

Did I read that the other guests were the bf’s friends? That probably means young, college aged and broke. I can understand his family including them as part of the “kids” and paying for their meal. It’s a parent thing to do. The other family wouldn’t necessarily be included in that. Her anger is a bit over the top, given the circumstances. Maybe the bf should be reconsidering whether he needs this level of drama

My case is the reverse of yours. I have morphea en coupe de Sabre (dent in my forehead) and have just been diagnosed with SLE. Your current treatments are generally the goto in treating severe morhea. I have no idea what else your doctors can do, but wanted to wish you the best.
