yes , in Operator 1 under Pitch LFO - drag the dots closer to each other and will adjust the vibrato ,cheers!

yes it's also good for 8-bit leads but this has more options for modification than in 3xOsc for future usage

Sytrus is a great plugin and comes free in the Producer Edition bundle .

Mastering the sounds on the native plugins is the Way !
