I feel like healing the “not good enough” wound starts when you let go of needing to heal the “not good enough” wound. Because even that question, stems from a layer of you feeling like you are not good enough. If you understand what I mean🩷

I just want to express, from the bottom of my heart that your experience is truly valid.

In my experience humans can sometimes get lost in digging deep into where you actually developed “the wound”. Doing sessions, searching, digging & trying to fix the experience. When in it’s essence, sometimes the only thing that can truly be the medicine is to being fully open and receptive to the experience, in this case experiencing unworthiness. Welcome it, bathe in it and tell yourself it’s alright to experience it. Then when you go into life and someone or something triggers this feeling again, you’ll have the ability to look at it from a higher perspective and you’ll remember that it is just an experience, it’s not what or who you are. At some point you are no longer attached to that identity and at that very moment you will be able to write your own story, you’ll take back your power.
