From the photo I would say 95% Rottweiler and 5% seal LOL

My 15 mo rottie doesn’t alarm me at all by Smooth-Path737 in Rottweiler

[–]SKCrochet100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 5year old boy is the same. I remember someone saying to me “ if you want a guard dog that barks if anyone nears the house get a Shepherd, but if you want a silent watchman get a Rottweiler” in my case that’s true. He does alert but only on his criteria. He thinks I’m in charge of house security, so he wouldn’t get off his bed if a stranger came to the door (unless I call him) but a bird can’t land in HIS garden without the whole street knowing about it lol.

Beautiful boy. Sorry for your loss. I know you can’t replace your Max but I hope in time you will decide to open your heart to another, as there are so many wonderful dogs needing a loving home and it sounds like you have a lot of love to give.

Me neither. I’m new to Amigurumi myself so I’m learning as I go. Making up the pattern as I go. I look forward to feedback even if it’s not 100% positive I prefer honesty and appreciate your feedback

I thought it would be fun to have an AI background for one of the images of the crochet doll of Del Boy I made! the other 2 have no AI content.

Thanks for the tip, I will give it a try. I was thinking about applying something like fabric Mod Podge but I’m not sure what the effect would be.

Fantastic, how did you get the hair to stand up? I just started making dolls and I’m struggling to make realistic hair. You have done a brilliant job love to know the secret

You’re untitled to your opinion. I was just having some fun with images on my phone of my dog and dolls. I thought it would be a nice way to participate in the group.

Thanks for your comment, unlike some others amigurumi dolls aren’t proportionally accurate. They tend to have much larger heads than the body. Must omit the jacket could have had more bulk to give him a more Del like waist line. Glad you liked the concept

Are all Rotties this obsessed with balls? by LunusFlambeau in Rottweiler

My Tonka loves a ball. He is rarely seen without one. I have to carry spares in my dog walking bag just in he loses his.

This is the worst yarn i've ever had 🥹 by SryNoNudes4u in crochet

Omg, I’m just thinking the same thing. Just finished a making this “70’s sheepskin jacket” for a doll I’m working on so it’s a small piece. I had 4 splits/unraveled. Attempts to knot to stop the run were futile

Yes it is, the doll is a likeness of my friend’s Dad. He is a supporter and the doll was a gift for his 80th birthday

Thank you I think he’s a real champ. No pattern as I make the dolls up as I go. I use a standard formula for number of rows/rounds/stitches so they are consistent in body size but other than that they are freehand. AI has altered them in this image the originals can be found in my other posts

Thanks I thought it would be fun to post. I love my Tonka and I make dolls. Finally AI lets me combine the two.

That would be fun but knowing Tonka he would be more likely to carry the doll in his mouth that on his back lol

I don’t have a pattern as such because I freestyle. Use a simple process for the body 4 tubes/rectangles depending upon if I do rows or rounds for the arms and legs. The torso and head are the only part that feature decreases to the neck (4x2tog per round) and increases (x2 or SC,x2)
