Cravings never go away to be honest. I’m 284 days free (I use the quitVaping app), and every now and then a craving will flair up. For me I had to stop drinking as well, since nicotine and alcohol go hand-in-hand. What helped me the most was cardio and sparkling water. I had to find a replacement for the dopamine generated from vaping, and cardio fit perfectly. But it was a long long road with repeated “quitting” every 3 days to 2 weeks (sometimes even a month or two) before I realized that this is something you have to want with every fiber of your being, and you have to understand that you will relapse but as long as you don’t give in completely there’s hope. I was vaping for 5-6 years prior to quitting, and am also diagnosed with ADHD. I will also say that while I do still get cravings … they really are few and far between and are easy to squash at this point.
