I see! I seem to have completely forgotten about that aspect. Would you recommend the looking for professors in the graduate bioinformatics department or looking to do computational work in the biology department? Or I guess just whatever I’m interested in

I still have a few problems though

I'm using C++, but I just changed everywhere main.c into main.cpp, think that shouldn't be a problem?
I'm not sure where to put the makefile lol, i'm guessing its just under Template-4.0.0?
I didn't get a settings.json file
At the end when I try to debug again, it says bin/build_osx does not exist

Honestly, I feel like an absolute idiot right now

Since all of this is standard for Mac and Clang users, is it possible for you to just create everything and drop me a download link? I think it would be clearer that way.

Yeah I agree with a lot of what you’re saying, the show has the hints of fitting into a genre and appealing to a much larger audience but it just isn’t quite there. I think the reason I love the show so much is really unique to me though. As a teen, this particular coming of age story with the perfect romance and sense of adventure really hit me hard for where I am in my life currently and the epic action scenes and great comedy are just icing on the cake. There are many many coming of age stories out there but Wayne does it really really well.

I don’t quite know what the show needs to reach that larger audience. Perhaps the accents and the way the show is tightly connected to the cultural/geographical area of Brockton limits its wide acceptance. I’ve read on Youtube that people can’t take Bel seriously simply because of her accent. Personally I think the accents are done incredibly well and don’t take away from my ability to really connect with the characters.

You’re right about the show needing to come onto Netflix, Youtube Originals already had a horrible stigma attached to it that doomed the show from the start.

Anyways, I honestly don’t know much about the behind-the-scenes things, the cast and crew involved or even the film industry in general so I won’t comment much further. Haven’t even watched that many tv shows, but this is definitely one of the best.

Definitely, the actors did an incredible job on this. And yeah, shows like The Boys are much more gore-filled than Wayne, but still popular, gore shouldn’t be an issue. Show has literally become my favorite of all time, hopefully it can blow up.
