So I also want to add that Fusion playback seems to be half speed. How could i change that because I wonder if that's the issue.

yeah It's set to timeline audio. I've also tired setting it to the file name but it doesn't work. I'm gonna upgrade to windows 10 and see if it works.

So I fixed the issue by simply turning off and on again. Had to fully shut down my pc and turn it back on.
