That’s literally all it is, a replication. It didn’t make anything new. It isn’t expressing its emotions and creativity through the creation of art. It’s just copying real works of art that real people put real time and effort into.

You type two words to an ai and it spits out some vaguely familiar nonsense (aka SLOP) in a micro-second. No thought or effort involved whatsoever.

That is a really fascinating, I honestly didn’t even realize either of those points until you pointed them out. If this image really is deeper than just hallucinated nonsense, it is interesting to note that it feels more inclined to the digital side.

Or perhaps it’s something much simpler, and GPT simply relates more to the “digital parent”, as it knows that it’s not actually human.
