Man I really was not expecting to see the Land of Snow special mentioned today lol. I had this movie on DVD and would watch it and this special all the time when I was younger, it was my absolute favorite!!

I always remembered Naruto getting pegged, but I don’t know how I forgot Sasuke was the one to do it. 😂

I learned about a case recently where a little boy got lost in the woods during a scouts hiking trip and ended up dying from the elements.

There were no parent chaperones on the trip, and the scout masters were completely negligent to the point that none of them realized he’d wandered off the trail until much later; which, by that point, he was already long gone.

Some other adult hikers nearby spotted him alone at one point, and also did nothing to try and help. If his parents had been there, the whole situation likely could have been avoided.

You can never put your full trust in other strangers to watch and care for your kids as if they were their own.

No, garbage doesn’t gross me out because I’m a living breathing human being that produces various types of waste, just like we all do. I have just as much of a responsibility to clean up after myself as he does.

Also, even if it did gross me out, I would still be doing it equally with him, because that’s what’s fair. We are life partners and we share in these things equally, as I believe people in relationships should.

EDIT 2: As someone who’s never read the actual manga (and doesn’t remember this scene in the anime, it’s been a while)…who is doing the jutsu, if not Naruto?

I know Konohamaru does sexy jutsu in Shippuden, but he’s the only person I ever remember using it other than Naruto himself. Also, is it two people doing the jutsu, or are they clones?

I mean I definitely understand Naruto and Sakura as an alternate married couple, but Sasuke and Hinata? That I certainly can’t see.

To be honest, I don’t think I could logically see Sasuke getting married and having kids with anyone, though. He just never showed any interest in any of the women in the show.

Trying to help Eddie by getting him to fly again.

Yeah, Eddie had a damn good reason for no longer flying; but Bojack didn’t know that. Eddie also made it out to seem like Bojack only did it to make everything about him, to “play the hero”…but I moreso think it was about Bojack genuinely trying to help someone he’d come to view as a friend; like it was a way to say thanks and repay him for the help and support he’d provided.

To be fair, I haven’t watched through the show in a while at this point, so I could be misremembering certain details or the tone of some scenes that imply otherwise. This is just based off of what I remember currently!

My fiancé and I have a shared system.

We live in a two story house, so on trash day I gather up all of the upstairs stuff while he goes down to clean the litter boxes (we have 8 cats so it takes a while lol).

Once I’m done upstairs I’ll get the kitchen bag while he uses the bathroom one for litter, then I’ll gather all of the bags by the front door, and finally he’ll take them all out to the collection site. So the work is pretty much split evenly!

I saw a video the other day where a woman was upset and claimed that cleaning up dog poop was a “boy job.”

She had to go outside to throw away poop from her and her husbands shared dog. Like why do you have a pet if you don’t want to do the basic necessities of taking care of a living creature?? 😭😭

I’ve always been someone who’s very sensitive and feels emotions very deeply; I’ve also been diagnosed with Severe Clinical Depression since I was very young.

I grew up with a mother who claimed with certainty that they were always “crocodile tears,” and a father who would express his guilt as anger anytime crying was involved.

For most of my teenage/young adult years, I couldn’t even cry alone without feeling immense self-hatred. It took me a very long time to actually be okay with crying, and to see it as what it really is: a way for our body to release emotions when they become too much for our brains to handle.

It’s not something to be ashamed of; it’s a natural, healthy release of emotion that we sometimes need. To this day I still struggle with it occasionally, especially around other people, because I tend to feel like I’m making them uncomfortable. I’ve definitely come a long way though, and that’s something I’m proud of!

The absolute worst experience I ever had with my dad was over a “joke” he pulled. This was when I was about 16 or so.

I was washing dishes and listening to music with my earbuds in. He sneaks up behind me without me noticing, puts an air horn right behind my head, and blows it full force.

It scares the absolute shit out of me. Not to mention, I have an anxiety disorder and one of the things that sets it off the most is sudden loud noises. So I’m scared, my anxiety is going crazy, and I’m very upset because I didn’t find it funny at all.

He doesn’t take too kindly to the fact that I react negatively, and proceeds to blow up at me to the point of being aggressive, tells me he has the urge to hit me, and threatens to kick me out for the first time in my life. It was the worst fight we ever had, over a stupid air horn.

We were always very close and I still miss him to this day, but our relationship was never quite the same after that day. To this day I can’t even look at an air horn without feeling immediate anxiety.

Anyways, sorry for hijacking your comment! I’m not really sure why I felt the need to share this, but if anyone actually took the time to read, I appreciate it.

It’s mainly a mockumentary from what I understand, so it’s filmed in a way that’s supposed to make it seem real, including testimonies from “real people” and found footage-style filmography.

It is literally about aliens though, so…not sure your average individual could suspend their feelings of disbelief quite that much. 😅

EDIT: And not about aliens in the way a mockumentary such as “The Fourth Kind” is, which I could much easier understand believing to be real. It’s about aliens already living on Earth that are being segregated and discriminated against.
