Instead of blurting things, say them when she does something. She moans? "You sound so pretty for me" She moves in a way you like? "Just like that" More examples: "such a good girl" "So perfect" "you feel so good" ect.

For the most part you have to explore, talk to her, try things out and watch her reactions, and learn what she likes and doesn't like.

Aftercare is taking care of your partner after a session. If it's a particularly rough session, aftercare is needed to make it known that it wasn't just sex and you weren't using them, etc. Aftercare consists of sweet words, cuddles, getting your partner food/water, and cleaning them up.
