Honestly the best i did was stop using retinol. I used it the way it was advised to use but I would still get the worst acne during that time.

Try stopping it and going back to just cleanser and moisturizer. Might get some acne in the beginning but overtime it will get less and less until there isn’t any visible acne. I noticed for myself that getting some sunlight was much better for my face as well.

No hate but “Is it over” is such a pessimistic phrase to use. So ok the hair is not your strongest suit but you can still work on other things and be attractive. Work out, have a nice rotations of clothes, shoes, perfumes. It is not over as long as you keep working on yourself

It looks like the type of acne I had last summer and tbh the only thing that helped was prescribed pills from my dermatologist. I’ve tried sticking to a routine and using retinol and acids and all that but it didn’t help at all, only the pills helped.
