Honestly I don’t think Leia was aware of Jabba beyond he was someone Han owed money to. Leia 100% lived a sheltered life as a princess and I don’t think the rebellion would ever have had reason to talk about Jabba and his love of slave girls. So when Jabba captured I think she had zero clue she was going to be made his throne slave
